  1. The 24/7 water supply and senior citizen park are fantastic for my parents. During my site visit, the clean layout impressed me, and the 20 km distance to the airport hints at huge growth potential, with schools like GITAM University nearby.

  2. The underground sump tank ensures water reliability, with the 21 km airport distance and growth potential due to Aerospace SEZ is a big plus.

  3. The jogging track surrounded by the landscaped garden is my morning joy, the potential growth near Devanahalli, with tech hubs and major companies like Foxconn, and Aerospace SEZ, and Manyata Tech Park on the other side which is an hour drive, this area has the potential to be next hotspot.
